On March 1, 2016, Harry Gu resigned from his position as the Co-President of Wins Finance Holdings Inc., a Cayman Islands company (the “Company”). Mr. Gu indicated that his resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, polices or practices.
