Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. (“Voyager”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 4, 2020. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.
(a) | Voyager’s stockholders elected G. Andre Turenne, Steven Hyman, M.D, and James A. Geraghty, as Class II directors to serve until the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, each such director to hold office until his successor has been duly elected and qualified or until his earlier death, resignation, or removal.
