Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4 filed on June 29, 2020 erroneously reported 13,550 shares of common stock subject to the stock option. This amendment is being filed to disclose the correct number of shares subject to the reported stock option.

2. The option will vest in equal quarterly installments during the four quarters following the grant date, provided that if the Issuer's 2021 annual meeting of stockholders occurs before the one-year anniversary of the grant date, the unvested portion of the option will vest as of the date of such annual meeting, subject in each case to the Reporting Person's continued service on the Issuer's board of directors.
