1. Shares acquired through company 401k plan. Purchase transactions occur under 10b5-1 purchase plan with various dates and pricing.

2. Adjustment to holdings for shares acquired through 401k profit sharing plan in 2019.

3. 2019 401k match shares were overstated on Form 4 filed 3/23/2020. This Form 4/A is to correct number of shares acquired.
