On September 11, 2018, Concordia International Corp. (the “Corporation”) announced that as part of the Corporation’s recently completed and previously announced recapitalization transaction, the Corporation completed on September 6, 2018, a US$586.5 million private placement for new equity at a price of US$13.69 per limited voting share, as also described in the Corporation's management information circular dated May 15, 2018. In conjunction with this announcement the Corporation is filing the following exhibit:
