On September 12, 2017, the Company filed a report on Form 8-K announcing that it had issued its promissory note to a private lender in the principal amount of $10,000.00 (“Original Note”). It was subsequently determined that the principal amount of Original Note should have been $2,500.00, which was the amount the lender actually loaned the Company. The Original Note has been cancelled and a new note has been delivered to the lender for the correct amount with the same terms and conditions as the Original Note.
