Explanation of Responses:

1. A portion of the reporting person's restricted stock units (1,867 ) granted on February 21, 2022 vested on February 21, 2024. Upon vesting, 855 restricted stock units were withheld to satisfy the reporting person's tax liability.

2. A portion of the reporting person's restricted stock units (7,446) granted on February 20, 2023 vested on February 21, 2024. Upon vesting, 3,412 restricted stock units were withheld to satisfy the reporting person's tax liability.
