Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 1, 2015, the Reporting Person filed a Form 3 (the "Form 3") mistakenly including 300 shares of common stock beneficially owned by the One Life Revocable Trust of 2011 in the number of securities reported as beneficially owned by the One Life Irrevocable Trust of 2011.

2. Includes 3,802 shares of common stock that were mistakenly reported on the Form 3 as beneficially owned by the One Life Irrevocable Trust of 2011.

3. These shares were previously reported as directly beneficially owned by the Reporting Person but were gifted by the Reporting Person to the One Life Irrevocable Trust of 2011 on October 27, 2015.
