Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person purchased shares of the issuer's common stock in a private, off-market purchase from another shareholder of the issuer.

2. On November 11, 2020, McCabe Petroleum Corporation, of which the reporting person is the sole owner ("MPC"), entered into a letter agreement with Warwink Properties, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the issuer ("Warwink"), and MECO IV, LLC ("MECO"), whereby MECO agreed to purchase certain respective interests from MPC and Warwink for an aggregate purchase price (subject to potential adjustment) of $450,000, $100,000 of which was allocable to MPC. MPC agreed to accept 313,480 shares of the issuer's common stock as consideration for its agreement to allow such $100,000 cash payment to be made directly from MECO to Warwink.
