Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed as of July 14, 2015, with respect to Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2015-NXS2. The purpose of this amendment is to file the executed versions of the agreements previously filed asExhibits 4.1 (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”),99.1,99.2, and99.3 to the Form 8-K. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
