Significant Accounting Policies [Text Block]	Note 2 Basis of Presentation and Principles of Consolidation The Company’s consolidated financial statements have been prepared in conformity with U.S. GAAP, include all adjustments necessary for the fair presentation of the Company’s financial position for the periods presented and are stated in U.S. dollars. The Company’s consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and the accounts of the Company’s subsidiary. All intercompany balances and transactions have been eliminated. The accompanying unaudited interim condensed financial statements include the accounts of the Company's subsidiary, Baergic.
