1. The amount disclosed in the original Form 4 for this investment was an estimate based on the Fund's net asset value ("NAV") as of March 31, 2024. Due to the timing of the calculation of the Fund's NAV, the final number of Class I Common Shares purchased, purchase price per Class I Common Share and the total amount of securities beneficially owned (collectively, the "Transaction Information") could not be determined at the time of the original filing. This amendment discloses the final Transaction Information following the definitive calculation of the Fund's NAV per share as of April 30, 2024.
