1. Exercise of stock options. Following the exercise, these shares were converted into American Depositary Shares ("ADS") of the Issuer. Each ADS represents twelve ordinary shares of the Issuer.

2. Converted from British Pounds Sterling to U.S. Dollars using currency ratio of 1.00 British Pound Sterling = 1.37 U.S. Dollars as of January 4, 2020.

3. Excluding 9,868 ordinary shares underlying RSU-style share options previously reported in Column 5 of Table I, of which 3,580 ordinary shares vested on January 4, 2021 and 6,288 ordinary shares have not vested. Excluding 8 ordinary shares erroneously included in Column 5 of Table I of previous form 4s.
