1. Date at which first vesting occurs is indicated. Thirty-five percent (35%) of the total number of restricted stock units ("RSUs") vests on the first vesting date, with the remainder vesting in quarterly installments as follows: 8.75% on the fifteenth day of each of March, June, September, and December 2026, and 7.50% on each of the same dates in 2027, until fully vested.
