1. Shares of common stock earned pursuant to the terms of Performance Restricted Stock Units awarded to the reporting person on March 29, 2022. This Form 4/A is being filed to correct an inadvertent administrative error in the original Form 4 regarding the number of shares that were earned pursuant to the terms of the PRSUs, as well as to update the price of the award to $0.

2. Shares were surrendered for taxes in connection with vesting of PRSUs granted March 29, 2022. This Form 4/A is being filed to correct an inadvertent administrative error in the original Form 4 regarding the number of shares surrendered for taxes in connection with the vesting of the PRSUs.
