1. Consists of restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which each represent a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of Kaltura, Inc. (the "Company"). 1/3 of the RSUs vest on January 31, 2025, and the remaining RSUs vest in quarterly installments over a two-year period thereafter.
