The Registrant is filing this amendment to its Form N-CSR for the period ended June 30, 2018, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 30, 2018 (Accession Number 0001445546-18-003932) to include notices to the registrant's common shareholders in accordance with the order under Section 6(c) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the "1940 Act"), granting an exemption from Section 19(b) of the 1940 Act and Rule 19a-l under the 1940 Act. Item 1 to this Form N-CSR is incorporated by reference to the Form N-CSR filed on EDGAR on August 30, 2018 (Accession Number 0001445546-18-003932).

(1) The Fund received exemptive relief from the Securities and Exchange Commission which permits the Fund to make periodic distributions of long-term capital gains as frequently as monthly each taxable year. The relief is conditioned, in part, on an undertaking by the Fund to make the disclosures to the holders of the Fund's common shares, in addition to the information required by Section 19(a) of the 1940 Act and Rule 19a-1 thereunder. The Fund is likewise obligated to file with the SEC the information contained in any such notice to shareholders.
