Item 2.02 | | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On Thursday, April 30, 2020, Albertsons Companies, Inc. ("we" or the "Company") provided certain financial information to holders of the Company's 3.5% senior notes due 2023, 6.625% senior notes due 2024, 5.750% senior notes due 2025, 7.5% senior notes due 2026, 4.625% senior notes due 2027, 5.875% senior notes due 2028 and 4.875% senior notes due 2030 (collectively, the "Notes") for the 13 and 53 week periods ended February 29, 2020. The information provided to the holders of the Notes is furnished in Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 2.02.
