On August 2, 2019, Noble Midstream Partners LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2019. A copy of the press release issued by the Partnership is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and will be published on the Partnership’s website at www.nblmidstream.com.
