Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 24, 2019, the sole member of Noble Midstream GP LLC, the general partner (the “General Partner”) of Noble Midstream Partners LP (the “Partnership”), appointed Phillip S. Welborn as Chief Accounting Officer of the General Partner, effective October 28, 2019. Mr. Welborn will serve as Principal Accounting Officer of the General Partner.
Mr. Welborn joined Noble Energy, Inc. (“Noble Energy”) in June 2010. Mr. Welborn served in positions of increasing responsibility within Noble Energy’s accounting department from June 2010 to July 2019. From July 2019 to October 2019, Mr. Welborn served as the Director of Accounting for L. Energy International, LLC.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 24, 2019, the General Partner of the Partnership appointed John S. Reuwer as Vice President, Business and Corporate Development, effective October 28, 2019. Mr. Reuwer joined the Partnership in March 2017 and has served in positions of increasing responsibility within the Partnership’s business development, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development departments.
