Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers
On September 11, 2020, Mr. Daniel Hanbridge provided notice that he will step down as Senior Vice President & Interim Chief Financial Officer of Sequential Brands Group, Inc. (the “Company”), anticipated to be effective November 16, 2020. Until the effective date of his departure, Mr. Hanbridge will remain as the Company’s principal financial and accounting officer. The Company is conducting a search for Mr. Hanbridge’s replacement.
