On January 3, 2025, Trillion Energy International Inc. issued the news release filed herewith as exhibit 99.1 announcing the resignation and retirement of CEO Arthur Halleran, effective December 27, 2024. Sean Stofer P.E. is appointed Chairman and interim CEO, while additional management appointments have been made.
