On February 20, 2024, the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Duluth Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) approved the Amended and Restated Annual Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). The Committee amended Section 5 of the Plan to provide the Company with additional flexibility to make awards requiring employment beyond the end of the applicable Performance Year (as defined in the Plan).
