On May 29, 2019, Coca-Cola European Partners plc (the “Company”) held its 2019 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”). At the AGM, Resolution 22, which was passed on a poll, approved the amendment of the Articles of Association (the “Amended Articles of Association”) of the Company.
