On December 5, 2016, Four Corners Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Registration Statement on FormS-3 (FileNo. 333-214908) (the “Registration Statement”). The Company is filing the information included in Exhibit 99.1 (incorporated by reference herein) to this Current Report on Form8-K for the purpose of replacing the disclosure under the heading “Material U.S. Federal Income Tax Considerations” in the prospectus, dated December 5, 2016, which forms part of the Registration Statement.
