Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
Welbilt, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on April 23, 2021 (the “Annual Meeting”). The final results of each of the proposals submitted to a vote of stockholders at the Annual Meeting are set forth below. Each such proposal is further described in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 15, 2021.
