Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person converted restricted stock units into shares of common stock of the Issuer.

2. Gerald Hamaliuk controls Landfill Gas Canada Ltd.

3. Upon the approval of the Compensation Committee of the Issuer's Board of Directors, the restricted stock units vested on March 28, 2019.

4. The Reporting Person's Form 3 filed on February 13, 2019 mistakenly stated that the Reporting Person owned 1 million restricted stock units. On such date, the Reporting Person owned 2 million restricted stock units. Following the April 2, 2019 conversion, the Reporting Person now owns 1 million restricted stock units.
