ABILITY INC.
As previously disclosed, on December 23, 2019, Ability Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (the “Nasdaq”) informing the Company that the Panel has determined to delist the Company’s ordinary shares from the Nasdaq and will suspend trading in the shares effective at the open of business on December 26, 2019.
On December 26, 2019, the Nasdaq informed the Company that the suspension of trading in the shares of the Company will go into effect on December 27, 2019.
