| The Coastal Equities Retail Portfolio Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 5.1% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of August 1, 2015 relating to the Morgan Stanley Bank of America Merrill Lynch Trust 2015-C24 filed as Exhibit 4.3 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on October 16, 2015 (the “MSBAM 2015-C24 PSA”). Pursuant to Section 9.30(c) of the MSBAM 2015-C24 PSA, Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, a national banking association, was removed as special servicer of the Coastal Equities Retail Portfolio Mortgage Loan and LNR Partners, LLC (“LNR”), a Florida limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the Coastal Equities Retail Portfolio Mortgage Loan under the MSBAM 2015-C24 PSA. |
| This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of September 28, 2022, the Coastal Equities Retail Portfolio Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the MSBAM 2015-C24 PSA, by LNR.
