Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On December 18, 2023, the Company’s the acting member of the Board of Directors in accordance with the Company’s Bylaws, acted by written consent to determined that it is in the Company’s best interest to change its fiscal year end from May 31 to November 30. The Company plans to file a Transition Report on Form 10-KT for the six month transition period from June 1 to November 30.
