Explanation of Responses:

1. On April 7, 2016, the Reporting Person mistakenly filed a Form 4 reporting a grant and issuance of 250,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share ("Common Stock"), of MYnd Analytics, Inc. (the "Issuer"), by the Issuer to the Reporting Person on April 5, 2016. The 250,000 shares were instead granted and issued to RSJ Private Equity investicni fond s promennym zakladnim kapitalem, A.S. ("RSJ Private Equity"), of which the Reporting Person is an employee, pursuant to an arrangement between RSJ Private Equity and the Reporting Person. As of April 7, 2016, the Reporting Person beneficially owned no shares of Common Stock of the Issuer.
