On May 15, 2020, Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the Company’s new drug application for QINLOCK^™ (ripretinib) for the treatment of adult patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor who have received prior treatment with three or more kinase inhibitors, including imatinib. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
