Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 3, 2017, Richard J. Vitale resigned from his positions as President of Hartman Advisors LLC and Hartman XXI Advisors LLC, the advisor of Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. and Hartman vREIT XXI, Inc., respectively, effective immediately. On February 3, 2017, Mr. Vitale also resigned from his position as President of Hartman Real Assets Securities, Inc.
Effective as of February 3, 2017, Mark T. Torok was appointed as President of Hartman Advisors LLC and Hartman XXI Advisors LLC and as President of Hartman Real Assets Securities, Inc.
