Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 23, 2024, Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will (i) release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024 on Monday, May 6, 2024 after the close of the financial market and (ii) host a call on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
