Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective as of June 1, 2018, Sally Fassler Dornaus has taken leave from her position as Chief Financial Officer of Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Dornaus’ leave from her position as Chief Financial Officer is temporary and she is expected to return in due course.
Effective as of June 1, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Patrick M. Dury to the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer to serve in Ms. Dornaus’ absence. Mr. Dury joined Bain Capital Credit, LP in 2015. He is a Vice President of Finance and is responsible for overseeing financial operations and reporting. Previously, Mr. Dury was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Asset Management practice. Mr. Dury, age 39, holds a B.A. from College of the Holy Cross. Mr. Dury is a Certified Public Accountant.
