Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 8, 2021, Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will (i) release its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 after the close of the financial market and (ii) host a call on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
