The beneficial ownership reported relates to common shares of NorthStar Real Estate Capital Income Master Fund, not common shares of NorthStar Real Estate Capital Income Fund. For the reporting person's beneficial ownership, please refer instead to the Form 3 previously filed jointly by Colony NorthStar, Inc.("CLNS"), Colony Capital Operating Company, LLC ("CCOC") and NSAM FV Holdings, LLC on February 7, 2017.
