Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents vesting of the 2021 Performance Based Restricted Share Units granted on March 1, 2021 under the Issuer's Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). Subject to the terms of the grant, the Reporting Person received 70,972 common shares upon vesting.

2. On March 2, 2020, the Reporting Person was granted 35,700 performance share units under the Issuer's Plan, which represent the "target" number of shares underlying the performance share units. Subject to the terms of the grant, the Reporting Person received 70,972 common shares upon vesting.
