Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes 28,772 time-based restricted stock units and 57,542 performance-based restricted stock units awarded to the Reporting Person on October 5, 2015 pursuant to the Issuer's Equity Plan. The time-based restricted stock units will vest in three equal installments on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of October 5, 2015, the commencement date of Mr. Bartolotta's tenure as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. The performance-based restricted stock units will vest subject to the achievement of certain performance conditions, which are based on the Company's total return relative to its peers and NAREIT equity market indices. The performance period began April 1, 2015 and ends December 31, 2017.
