Attached to this Report on Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release of TORM plc (the “Company”), dated March 19, 2024, announcing that the Company has increased its share capital by a total of 744,668 Class A common shares, par value $0.01 per share (“Class A common shares”), due to the increase in its share capital by 698,590 Class A common shares as a result of the delivery of the sixth of eight LR2 product tanker vessels and the increase in its share capital by 46,078 Class A common shares as a result of the exercise of a corresponding number of Restricted Stock Units.
