Glacier Worldwide, Inc., (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”), within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company requires additional time to allow its auditors to complete the review of the Company’s financial statements and related procedures.
