Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 28, 2017, Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP announced that the board of directors of Kimbell Royalty GP, LLC, its general partner, declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.30 per common unit for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. The distribution will be paid on August 14, 2017 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 7, 2017.
