Explanatory Note
This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8K/A is being filed by Silver Run Acquisition Corporation to revise information contained on slides 2, 20 and 34 of the Investor Presentation included in the Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 7, 2016 (the “Original Form 8-K”). No other information in the Original Form 8-K is hereby amended.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 7, 2016, Silver Run Acquisition Corporation will provide information regarding the proposed transaction with Centennial Resource Production, LLC in a presentation to certain investors and analysts. A copy of the investor presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
