In 11/16, Fig Small Batch, LLC, a limited liability company of which issuer is managing member ("Fig Small Batch"), issued 21 Series Make Sail Units to accredited investors for $21,000. In 12/16, Fig Small Batch issued 5 Series Trackless Units to accredited investors for $5,000. In 1/17 and 2/17, Fig WL3, LLC, a limited liability company of which issuer is managing member, issued 985 Fig WL3 Units to accredited investors $985,000. In 1/17, Fig Small Batch issued 74 Series Kingdoms and Castles Units to accredited investors for $74,000.
