Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 26, 2020, Rosehill Operating Company, LLC (“Operating”), a subsidiary of Rosehill Resources Inc. (the “Company”), informed Brian K. Ayers, Senior Vice President - Geology, that his position with Operating was eliminated effective April 3, 2020 as part of a larger reduction in workforce at Operating. Mr. Ayers’s position was not eliminated for cause.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 26, 2020, Operating informed 52 of its employees that their positions with Operating were eliminated effective April 3, 2020.
