1. Reflects a 1-for-7.8463 reverse stock split of the Issuer's outstanding securities effected prior to the effectiveness of the Issuer's S-1 Registration Statement on September 8, 2023.

2. Shares held by Lu Leng Felicia Chua Descendants 2012 Irrevocable Trust, of which Reporting Person is trustee.

3. 25% of the shares subject to the option vest on the first anniversary measured from July 3, 2023 (the "Vesting Commencement Date"), and 1/48th of the total number of shares vest monthly thereafter, such that 100% of the shares subject to the option will be fully vested and exercisable on the fourth anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date.
