Explanation of Responses:

1. A portion of Ms. Risch's restricted stock units (2,349) that were granted 5/11/2020 vested on 5/1/2022. Upon vesting 607 restricted stock units were withheld to satisfy the reporting person's tax liability.

2. Value is based on the closing price of the stock.

3. A portion of Ms. Risch's restricted stock units (1,006) that were granted 5/11/2020 vested on 5/1/2022. Upon vesting 260 restricted stock units were withheld to satisfy the reporting person's tax liability.

4. A portion of Ms. Risch's restricted stock units (988) that were granted 2/15/2021 vested on 5/1/2022. Upon vesting 255 restricted stock units were withheld to satisfy the reporting person's tax liability.
