Revisions to Redemption Plan
Effective as of November 17, 2023, we have adopted revisions to our Redemption Plan to reflect the following changes:
· | The Manager in its sole discretion may determine to redeem in full a shareholder holding less than 100 common shares prior to redeeming other requests on a pro-rata basis; |
· | The last day to submit a redemption request will be the last business day of the applicable quarter (the “Redemption Submission Deadline”); |
· | Redemptions not fully honored will be terminated, and will need to be resubmitted in order to be considered in any subsequent period when redemptions are being processed; and |
· | Reduce the maximum amount of shares that may be redeemed in a quarter to be 1.25% of the NAV of all of our outstanding shares as of the first day of the last month of such calendar quarter. |
The above summary of the changes to the Redemption Plan does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full description of the Redemption Plan, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 3.1 to this Current Report on Form 1-U and incorporated herein by reference.
