ITEM 5.03 – AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS
The Company adopted an Amendment to its Articles, effectuating a Reverse Stock Split of 10:1, and additionally changing its name and ticker symbol, which Finra has approved and took effect on December 9th, 2021. The Company’s new name is Sativus Tech Corp., and the new ticker symbol is now “SATT”.
