Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted Stock Units convert into ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis.

2. On May 1, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted 13,834 Restricted Stock Units, of which 13,834 have vested and have converted into ordinary shares.

3. All 12,020 options vested and remain exercisable.

4. On October 31, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted 70,000 restricted stock units, vesting in four equal installments on January 31, 2023, April 30, 2023, July 31, 2023 and October 31, 2023.

5. The options vest and become exercisable on October 31, 2023.
